This Community Service Program was implemented with the aim of improving the competence of Darussalam Integrated Senior High School teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency in developing teaching modules based on the POE2WE model. So far, teachers tend to use modules that emphasize memorization and practice questions only, so that students' higher-order thinking skills have not developed optimally. Through this training activity, teachers are expected to be able to design E-Modules that are more interactive, encourage conceptual understanding, and are oriented towards solving real problems. The activity methods include socialization, intensive workshop training, module development practice, classroom implementation assistance, and evaluation of implementation results. The workshop focused on understanding learning principles, module design strategies, the use of digital tools, and the practice of preparing teaching tools. Furthermore, teachers received assistance in implementing the modules in the classroom and received feedback for improvement. The expected outputs of this activity are the availability of ready-to-use E-Modules according to the curriculum, increased teacher ability in using learning technology, and publication of activity results. This program also aims to establish a teacher practice community as a forum for sharing experiences and ensuring sustainability in schools
